In life, what we do is judged by thumbs up and a thumbs down. There are checks and balances, bottom lines, profits and debts. There is the right and there is left, liberalism, globalism, communism, socialism and conservatism. There are more isms and less logic, less morality, less, peace, less love, compassion sympathy, forgiveness, less everything. It is kind of like living life in a grocery line. We see it every time we get to the cashier as we spend more than we make if that is possible. More debt and less credit.
Chaos – killing, stealing, addiction divisions . . . seem to be the norm in the social fabric of life.. It does not seem normal. What is normal? The catch 22 used to just be a phase or the title of a country song. Sometimes it just seems like the cheese has fallen off a lot of crackers. A sense of what is true is lost in what is false. Narratives are opposite to each other. Who can agree? The does not seem to be an equal and opposite equation anymore. Maybe I need to watch a the old movie, The ‘Wizard of Oz’ again and learn from the smart scare grow again.
Now what? What is the answer? Do we all sit around a fire and sing ‘Bye Bye Miss America pie”? Or Amazing Grace. I will sing ‘Amazing Grace’or ‘Come Jesus Come we have waited so long’.
Then I will pray because right now, the only hope we have as a human race to stop all the insanity going on in the world, comes from our Saviour Christ Jesus. The world is spiralling into the abyss of hell. We must turn our eyes back to the cross of Christ, and pray for his saving grace and mercy to give us what we don’t deserve. We need to seek God like never before and bough our heads in prayer like our ancestors used to do, with reverence to God, the maker of heaven and earth. Cast down the devil and his demonic influence in this world which is very much active. Call upon the mighty heavenly host of 10,000 angels to battle for us in the spiritual high places . There is a battle going on right now for all of our souls. Pray and pray and then pray some more as the time draws near. Be rapture ready and turn to Jesus. Turn to Jesus.
